What is FOLOS?

FOLOS (Food Online Ordering Systems) is a flat-fee restaurant online ordering platform. It gives restaurants a fully branded online ordering system for pickup, delivery, and catering — without marketplace commissions. Restaurants pay a flat monthly fee and keep 100% of their order revenue.

Is FOLOS a marketplace like DoorDash or Uber Eats?

No. FOLOS is not a marketplace. Your ordering page lives on your restaurant's own website under your brand. There is no marketplace listing, no competing restaurants on your page, and no commission taken from your orders.

Does FOLOS charge a percentage of online orders?

Never. FOLOS charges a flat monthly subscription fee. Your order volume does not affect your bill. The more you sell online, the more cost-effective FOLOS becomes versus commission-based platforms.

Who owns the customer data?

You do. When customers order through FOLOS, they are ordering from your system on your domain. You receive their name, email, phone number, and order history. FOLOS does not retain or monetize your customer data.

Can FOLOS work with my existing restaurant website?

Yes. FOLOS integrates with your existing website or can be configured as a standalone ordering page under your domain. Your customers stay on your brand throughout the ordering experience.

Can FOLOS integrate with my POS system?

Yes. FOLOS supports integration with a wide range of POS systems. Online orders route directly into your POS, eliminating manual re-entry. Contact us to confirm compatibility with your specific system.

Does FOLOS support delivery?

Yes. FOLOS supports pickup, local delivery, and catering orders. You can configure delivery zones, minimum order amounts, delivery fees, and scheduling rules.

Can customers order pickup through FOLOS?

Yes. Pickup is a core FOLOS feature. You can configure pickup-only, delivery-only, or both. Customers select their preference during checkout.

Does FOLOS support multiple locations?

Yes. FOLOS supports multi-location restaurant groups. Each location can have its own menu, pricing, and ordering configuration. Contact us for multi-location pricing.

How long does setup take?

Most restaurants are live within a few business days. FOLOS handles the setup and menu configuration. Complex POS integrations or custom branding may take slightly longer.

How much does FOLOS cost?

FOLOS charges a flat monthly fee. The exact amount depends on your number of locations, menu complexity, POS integration, and other factors. Contact us for a custom quote. There is no percentage of sales, ever.

Can FOLOS work with my payment processor?

FOLOS supports multiple payment processors. Your existing processor may already be compatible. This is discussed during the onboarding call.

What happens after I request a demo?

We review your request and reach out within one business day to schedule a call. On the call, we walk you through the FOLOS platform, answer your questions, and provide a custom quote for your restaurant.

Do restaurants keep their own branding?

Yes. Your ordering page is fully branded with your restaurant's logo, colors, and domain. Customers never see the FOLOS brand during the ordering process unless you want them to.
